MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?

Ring this number to make an appointment with a doctor or nurse. (This number is only answered during surgery opening hours.)

Patients must see the doctor with whom they are registered (providing that doctor is on duty). Each appointment is for one patient only. Please make a separate appointment for each member of your family if required. We only book appointments 48 hours in advance, unless you are specifically asked by your doctor to pre-book an appointment. When you telephone or visit the surgery we should be able to offer you an appointment on the same day or the next day. we also offer the opportunity to book an appointment up to four weeks in advance. If you feel your condition is medically urgent you will be seen on the same day, although not always by your own doctor and it may be necessary to wait.

OBTAIN A HOME VISIT?


Home visits are only for those who are housebound or too ill to come to the surgery. Please come to the surgery if you possibly can where more appropriate facilities are available for examination and treatment.
